The Future of Le Livre?

Leave it to the French to give us such a civilized vision of how the physical book and electronic book might someday coexist. While today we are being asked to choose between e-books we download online and physical books we might buy after a delightful conversation with our local bookseller, perhaps the future will marry the two experiences, n’est-ce pas?     Great video. I enjoyed it, although I’m not sure I agree with the idea that traditional books will be relegated to being ojjets d’art.

    The video reminds me of a video done by Apple Computer in 1987 (22 years earlier) on the future of computing. Do you see the similarities?
