Hi Sougrowth,
It's Gretchen from the Happiness Project. Thanks so much for your interest!

I'm writing a book, The Happiness Project, that's coming out in December from Harper (that's how I know the brilliant Debbie Stier) that's an account of a year I spent testing the wisdom of the ages, the current scientific studies, and the lessons from popular culture about how to be happier.

On my daily blog, The Happiness Project, I write about my daily adventures as I try to be happier. If your email handle is any clue, I think you might find it interesting! I hope you'll check it out. www.happiness-project.com

I'm interested about this Happiness Project. I hope the author could really give us a glimpse of what this is all about. A more detailed description of the project.
