I wish random dancing like this popped up more often.

    LOL, loved the Video…

reminds me of Konrad Lorenz who studied animal behavior and was interested in fish schooling. He couldn’t identify a leader, or direction, or any specific reason they swam as they did. He tried marking fish, got nowhere. After many attempts and no discernable results, he had an idea…

He took out one fish, cut it’s brain stem, (fish is alive, only has primitive functions) and replaced it in the tank. He noticed this fish demonstrated no schooling behavior. In fact, it swam about as it pleased. Then he noted another odd behavior…

All the other fish started following the brain damaged fish!

    Hmmm…..

    Haste yee back ;-)

I love this! Hooray for the chap who started the dancing. You get the feeling he still would have carried on dancing if nobody had joined. Thanks for putting this up.

No, I’m not suggesting spontaneous dancing is indicative of brain damage… or anywhere in the differential diagnosis thereof.

    Haste yee back ;-)
